  • Cooler by Lake Michigan, Monday

The southeast Wisconsin, Waukesha and Milwaukee forecast the rest of your Sunday night will have a slim threat of a stray sprinkle or shower. Lows will be in the mid-50's.

  • Feeling like summer without the humidity

Today will be the warmest day on the 7 day planner with highs close to 80 across southeastern Wisconsin. The day will start out with clear skies but more clouds will develop by the afternoon, the winds will not be as strong today from the west. A few spotty showers are possible in the west late this evening and into the overnight hours.

  • Warmer with Less Wind on Sunday

The southeast Wisconsin, Waukesha and Milwaukee forecast the rest of your Saturday night will have any stray shower ending as our evening wears on. Some of you will make it through the rest of the night with no rain at all. Overnight lows will be in the mid-50's with skies gradually clearing out overnight.

  • Warmer for the weekend

After a cool start to June, the weekend will start to feel a bit more like the start to meteorological summer with 70s back into the forecast. It will be breezy with a westerly wind at 10-20mph but that will help us warm up to 73° in Milwaukee. There is a slight chance for a few isolated showers or even a thunderstorm to develop this afternoon but it will not be a washout by any means. A mild night is in store with partly cloudy skies and lows dipping into the low 50s.

  • Warmer air rolls in for the weekend

A few sprinkles rotating around a big low pressure system to the east will be in southeast Wisconsin until 2 am Friday night, and then just clearing and seasonably cool temperatures. Enough instability could pop an isolated shower or thunderstorm on Saturday afternoon, but most of us will avoid any precipitation. High temperatures should rise into the low-seventies on Saturday and upper-seventies on Sunday. Sunday will have plenty of sunshine and very dry air.

  • Cool Friday...Great Weekend

The forecast for Milwaukee, Waukesha and SE Wisconsin is for another mostly cloudy, breezy and cool day but expect more sunshine later in the afternoon and highs near 60. There is a very slight chance of an afternoon pop up shower.

  • Chilly Today, Warmer Weekend

We'll still see some lingering cloudiness and perhaps even a few sprinkles, especially in the morning with breezy conditions on the back edge of departing low pressure. As surface high pressure slowly pushes in some gradual clearing will begin in the afternoon and continue into Friday evening and night. Saturday and Sunday look dry with growing sunshine and much warmer readings. Enough instability could pop an isolated shower on Saturday afternoon, but most of us will avoid any precipitation. High temperatures should rise several degrees above the seasonal average of 71. Have a great Friday and terrific weekend!

  • Cool Friday but a warmer weekend for Milwaukee...

A storm system tracking just to our south is bringing November-like conditions to the area tonight with clouds, occasional light rain and low temperatures in the forties. A few sprinkles could linger into Friday morning, but things improve by tomorrow afternoon with partly to mostly cloudy skies and inland temperatures into the lower-sixties. The weekend looks great with sunshine both days and hightemperatures in the lower-seventies Saturday and mid-70's on Sunday.

  • Last Day of Fall

The forecast for Milwaukee, Waukesha and SE Wisconsin is for the return of fall with highs today only in the upper 40s to lower 50s...that's typical for early November. It is breezy and cloudy as well with a few showers, but the best chance of rain will remain south of Milwaukee and Waukesha today and tonight. Lows tonight will drop into the upper 40s along the lake and lowers 40s inland.

  • A Chilly Rain

A storm system developing around the center of the nation will track in our direction and send clouds our way even as our temperatures bottom out for the week. Readings will only reach the low 50s which is well below the seasonal average high of 70 degrees. With growing moisture from that low pressure moving closer, scattered showers will persist in Southeast Wisconsin particularly today, and particularly South of a Milwaukee to Waukesha line. Some sprinkles could be lingering into Friday. Weekend conditions improve considerably with sunshine and warmer temperatures. Have a great Thursday!

  • Colder air with clouds and showers for Thursday and Friday...

A low pressure system passing to the south of Milwaukee will bring some chilly showers for the finish of the work week. Light rain movesin for Wednesday night and scattered showers are in thge foirecast for Thursday. Overnight low temperatures will be chilly in the mid-forties, and they will rise into the middle fifties on Thursday and Friday. Clouds will also be plentiful thrpough Friday but more sunshine returns for the weekend with high temperatures back into the seventies.

  • Cool and Rainy

After a warm start to the week, the forecast for Milwaukee, Waukesha and SE Wisconsin is for a return of fall with clouds, scattered rain showers and highs in the 50s...typical for late October and early November. There are more clouds today, but no rain is in the forecast with highs in the upper 50s to lower 60s. Scattered showers develop after midnight tonight, especially for areas south of Milwaukee and lows will be in the 40s.

  • Temperatures Tumble

A very chilly air mass take hold of our region today and won't let go through the end of the week. High temperatures will barely reach 60 degrees today with low to mid 50s for Thursday and Friday. That's 10 to 20 degrees below the seasonal averages. A storm system taking aim on us for Thursday and Friday looks more like a Winter disturbance than one for early June. It could bring some chilly rains for the finish of the work week, though computer models appear to be taking the system a bit farther South which may limit the amount of precipitation here.

  • Fall Weather Returns

After a windy and warm day with highs in the 70s and gusts over 30mph on Tuesday, the forecast for Milwaukee, Waukesha and SE Wisconsin is for the winds to diminish tonight with lows near 50 and cooler weather for the rest of the week with highs in the upper 50s along the lake and lower 60s inland with a NNE wind at only 10-15 mph and a few clouds for Wednesday. Clouds increase Wednesday night with lows in the mid 40s and a slight chance for rain showers well after midnight. Thursday and Friday will look and feel like early November with highs in the lower 50s, a NE wind, clouds and rain showers all thanks to a very slow moving low pressure system. It could be worse; Thursday is the anniversary of the latest trace of snow in Milwaukee back in 1889. The next few days will have a cold rain, but it won’t be snow.

  • Warm and windy but colder air on the way

Even though the winds are strong from the west today at 15-20mph, it is the best day out of the work week with mostly sunny skies and temperatures in the mid-70s. A few clouds drift in tonight as overnight lows stay seasonable, around 50° in Milwaukee.

  • Sunny and Cooler

The cold front has cleared our area and will kick off a trend of declining temperatures. Look for highs in the 70s today, barely the 60s tomorrow, and only the 50s for Thursday. The pressure difference between a departing low and an approaching high will lead to strong winds again with gusts to 25 miles per hour. That high pressure ushers in a return to dry weather with sunshine today and tomorrow. Have a great Tuesday!

  • Cooler & Less Humid

The heat was on today with a high of 90 for Milwaukee…missing the record high for Memorial Day by just 1 degree from 1994. Last year was a warm and humid Memorial Day as well with a high of 88.

  • Warm with afternoon T'storms

****SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH FOR ALL OF SOUTHEAST WISCONSIN IN EFFECT UNTIL 8PM**** Another warm and humid day with highs in the mid-80s thanks to a strong SW wind at 10-20mph. Cloud cover increases as a cold front moves into southeast Wisconsin and showers and thunderstorms will develop along it. Some of these storms could be strong to even severe, bringing strong wind gusts and the potential for large hail and heavy downpours but not everyone will see severe weather.

  • Toasty Start With Some Storms

We'll continue to see very warm conditions for Memorial Day with highs well into the 80s. A cold front approaching from the west will help trigger some showers and thunderstorms as we progress through the day. Behind that front a much cooler and drier air mass sets up shop across our region through midweek. Look for temperatures to reach the 70s on Tuesday and only the 60s on Wednesday with plenty of sunshine for both days. Have a great Memorial Day!

  • Warm Monday with a Chance of Storms

The southeast Wisconsin, Waukesha and Milwaukee forecast the rest of your Sunday night will be warm, muggy but quiet. Lows will be around 70. If you don't think it was that warm Sunday, all you had to do is head a little farther west. Waukesha made it to 90 and Madison broke it's old record of 92 with 94 degrees. Many saw the heat.
