  • Rain Ending this Evening

The southeast Wisconsin, Waukesha and Milwaukee forecast for the rest of your Sunday night

  • Soggier Sunday

After many of us picked up over three quarters of an inch of some much needed rain in southeast Wisconsin, we're in for an even wetter one today. Showers will be more frequent throughout Sunday with moderate to heavy rain even possible this afternoon. A few thunderstorms are possible, but they will not be severe. Temperatures will be warmest in the morning, in the low 60s and will fall into the low 50s by 5pm as cold air works in behind this area of low pressure responsible for the rain. Winds will be stronger in the afternoon with gusts over 25mph possible.

  • More Occasional Showers

The southeast Wisconsin, Waukesha and Milwaukee forecast for the rest of your Saturday night will have more occasional showers or possibly even a T'storm. Lows will bottom out in the mid-50s before actually even rising in some places. Patchy fog is also possible.

  • Weekend soaker

Dust off the rain gear because we have a weekend soaker on tap for southeastern Wisconsin. A strong area of low pressure moves into the region today, bringing occasional showers and a few thunderstorms throughout Saturday. Some storms that develop late this evening could be on the stronger side with heavy downpours possible but the best chance for severe weather will stay to our south and west. While we will have a few dry periods today, the majority of the day will be cloudy and wet with a good inch of rain possible today. In addition to the rain, we'll see strong winds from the SSW at 10-15 which will help temperatures climb to 64 degrees.

  • The weekend will be very wet with occasional showers and thunderstorms...

Clouds will fill the skies by 3 am overnight and showers will be right behind. We should see showers or a possible thunderstorm by morning and then occasional showers and thunderstorms through the day on Saturday. Some of those thunderstorms very late on saturday, saturdsay evening and Saturday night could be very strong to severe. We should also see periods of moderate rainfall that could accumulate more than two inches of rain by late Sunday afternoon. Temperatures will also soar into the low to mid-sixties both saturday and Sunday. The beginning of next week also looks rather mild with high temperatures between 58 and 65 degrees through Wednesday.

  • Looks like a Weekend Soaker

The southeast Wisconsin, Waukesha and Milwaukee forecast for the rest of your Friday afternoon will be a little cool, but quiet. Highs will top out in the low-50's with partly cloudy skies at times.

  • Chilly, Bright Friday...Wet Weekend

Another area of high pressure cleared out the clouds overnight allowing for below freezing temperatures in many inland locations. That chilly start won't see much of a recovery as high temperatures will be hard pressed to reach even 50 degrees for Friday, even with abundant sunshine. The next, far more potent storm system approaches us from the Southwest with more moisture and much warmer air getting ready to clash with the cool airmass overhead. This could lead to some soaking rains and perhaps even thunderstorms beginning by Saturday early morning and lasting for much of the weekend. Have a great Friday and a terrific weekend!

  • The roller coaster continues Friday with chilly temperatures once again...

The cold front is through and now some of the coldest air of the autumn season has settled into southeast Wisconsin. Freeze warnings are out for inland counties with frost advisories for lakeside communities. Overnight lows will range from the upper-twenties inland to mid-thirties near the lake. Friday will have plenty of sunshine but cold temperatures only reaching fifty degrees for a maximum. The next storm system reaches us on Friday night and Saturday when there could be some substantial rainfall and a few strong to severe thunderstorms. High temperatures on saturday and Sunday will be in the mid-sixties.

  • Windy & Warmer...Again

Low pressure will track well to our North as high pressure continues to dominate our weather in Southern Wisconsin. That combination will lead to very windy conditions again and increasing clouds, especially North. With breezes shifting back around to the Southwest, readings will rise back closer to the seasonal average daily maximum of 61 degrees. The roller coaster ride continues as mercury drops by about 10 degrees again tomorrow. The next storm system will come at us from the Southwest and has the potential to produce some strong storms and drenching rains Friday night into Saturday and even lingering into part of Sunday, too. Have a great Thursday!

  • A warmer Thursday although windyand then cooler on Friday...

A few clouds roll in overnight along with warmer air late but temperatures will still drop below freezing early in many inland locations. The skies will become mostly sunny on Thursday and with strong southwest winds the high temperature will jump back to around sixty degrees in Milwaukee. Another cold front that looks dry at this time will bring colder air back in for Friday with high temperatures around fifty degrees once again. The next storm system reaches us on Saturday when there could be some substantial rainfall and even some thunderstorms. We still need the rain as a moderate drought continues across southeast Wisconsin.

  • Thursday reaching 60s with strong winds

Today will be windy and seasonal with high temperatures in the Milwaukee area back to sixty degrees accompanied by a strong southwest wind.
