It's a break in what still promises to be a very wet week. Timing is everything, and after last night's showers, we should have a mostly dry day today with plenty of sunshine. Temperatures will sink back to seasonal averages in the low to mid 50s. Another wave approaches us tonight and tomorrow with significant upper level support, packing a bigger punch. With an a lot more moisture on the way, we could see precipitation rates similar to last week's intense rainfall. With the clash in airmasses overhead, there may be some rumbles of thunder, too during the day on Wednesday and especially into Wednesday night. The damp weather will remain for Thursday and Friday with another temperature downturn leading to some snow mixing in and perhaps even a bit of wet accumulation by the end of the week.
Have a great Tuesday!
