Monday was the warmest day of the year so far with a high of 62, but the forecast for Milwaukee, Waukesha and SE Wisconsin is for more rain and cooler temperatures this week. Expect scattered rain showers overnight with lows in the 30s and a light breeze.
Tuesday will be partly cloudy with highs in the lower 50s and a slight chance of a scattered afternoon shower. Clouds and showers move in for Tuesday night, and Wednesday will be cloudy, foggy and chilly with scattered rain showers and a few thunderstorms.
The huge storm system moves into the state on Thursday and expect heavy rain and t'storms and highs near 60. Rainfall could be another 1-2" around SE Wisconsin.
The cold front arrives Thursday night with a rain/snow mix with lows in the 30s. Friday will continue to be rainy and cold with highs in the 40s. The sun returns on Saturday, but highs are in the 40s, and Sunday will have a few showers and highs in the lower 50s.
