We hit 61 degrees on Saturday but with the clouds, wind and rain it didn't quite feel like it. Today we will be cooler but it will feel much better outside thanks to decreasing clouds allowing more sunshine back into the forecast. Winds will eventually be off the lake so temperatures along Lake Michigan will struggle to hit 50 degrees but inland it will be a mild April day with highs in the low 50s. The winds will be calming down throughout the day as well.
Enjoy the dry weather today because a much more active weather pattern sets up for the work with with off and on chances for rain showers and even the potential for a few thunderstorms. Temperatures will only be in the low to mid-40s lakeside with upper 40s and low 50s inland. It won't be raining straight from Monday through Thursday but there are chances off and on during that time period. Temperatures will drop enough Wednesday night and into Thursday morning and again on Thursday night where some snow could mix in with the rain. It will still be cool for April but drier at least for Friday and Saturday.
