The slow warm-up marches on Thursday and Friday...

Clear skies overnight will allow temperatures to drop into the middle twenties in most locations. High pressure will become the dominant factor in our weather over the next couple of days.  As it meanders overhead, we'll see plenty of sunshine but a continuation of temperatures in the forties. Our winds will become more southerly by Saturday, finally getting us out of that pesky Northwest flow.  This will allow our temperatures to begin a noticeable climb. By Saturday, we could top out above normal with high temperatures in the upper-forties.  Unfortunately, that warmer air will lead to more moisture and the potential for some rain by Saturday afternoon.
