The jet stream is still way to the south of Wisconsin and that continues to allow cold air to flow in from southern Canada. Temperatures will stay in the mid to upper-thirties through Wednesday, but we should see a litle sunshine return late Tuesday and most of Wednesday. Readings through the first half of the week will remain roughly ten degrees below where they should be with high temperatures topping out in the middle 30's. A gradual but noticeable warm up will begin by the Thursday and Friday. The work week will remain rather quiet with no big storms on the horizon and plenty of sunshine by Wednesday with high pressure dominating our weather. The next chance for precipitation moves in on Easter Sunday with the chance for rainshowers.
