The forecast for Milwaukee, Waukesha and SE Wisconsin is for a blue sky for the first time since last Friday, but it will be cold with highs near 30 and wind chills in the teens.  Clouds increase tonight with lows in the teens, and Thursday will be cloudy with scattered light snow showers before noon with less than an inch of accumulation.  As temperatures get into the mid 30s, the snow will start to mix with rain in the afternoon.

We get back to normal on Friday with highs near 40, but as a cold front moves in during the afternoon, a rain/snow mix is expected.  It changes to very light snow Friday night with less than 1" of accumulation.  The weekend will be sunny, but it will be cold with highs in the lower 30s.  In fact, Milwaukee remains in the 30s through next week, well below the normal of 43.  Last year we were in the 60s and 70s...that is not in the forecast anytime soon!
