The forecast for Milwaukee, Waukesha and SE Wisconsin is for a blue sky for the first time since last Friday, but it will be cold with highs near 30 and wind chills in the teens. Clouds increase tonight with lows in the teens, and Thursday will be cloudy with scattered light snow showers before noon with less than an inch of accumulation. As temperatures get into the mid 30s, the snow will start to mix with rain in the afternoon.
