Surface high pressure builds in today, leading to much brighter skies. We'll remain stuck in a Northwest wind flow. That chilly breeze will once again suppress temperatures. Maximum mercury will be just below freezing, well short of the 41 degree average for this time of year. Milder air swings back into our area by week's end with seasonal readings. After a quiet day, look for a couple of small disturbances bringing a bit of snow and a rain snow mix Thursday and again later on Friday, though these doesn't appear to be very significant events.
Enjoy the sunshine!
