The cloud cover will slowly decrease and most of southeastern Wisconsin will see partly cloudy to mostly sunny skies by the afternoon. It will be another cold day with a light northerly wind keeping temperatures only in the upper 20s.
As skies clear tonight the temperature will really drop, especially away from Lake Michigan where overnight lows drop into the single digits. Lows at the lake will be in the teens but everyone will wake up to sub-zero wind chills on Sunday morning. Mostly sunny skies will try to help us climb out of the freezer on Sunday but highs will only be near 30 degrees, which is still cold for March.
Monday and into Tuesday a storm system slides close to southeastern Wisconsin, bringing a chance of snow showers back into the forecast. Temperatures will be warming up after this system moves through, highs will climb to near 40 degrees by Thursday.
