Stuck with northeast winds and a few snow showers...

Persistent strong North to Northeast winds will be a big factor adding a chill to the air over the next several days as temperatures begin to take a bit of a downturn heading to the mid 20's by the weekend. Those northeast winds off of Lake Michigan will also add scattered snow showers and flurries tonight and tomorrow, particularly in our Eastern counties. Low temperatures tonight will be in the middle-twenties, near thirty degrees on Friday, and colder for the weekend. Some sunshine returns Saturday and even more in the forecast for Sunday.
