After heavy lake effect snow overnight, the forecast for Milwaukee, Waukesha and SE Wisconsin is for scattered light snow to continue throughout the afternoon and evening with an additional 1-2" of snow. The wind has diminished to 10-20 mph and highs will be in the mid 30s. A winter weather advisory in in effect until midnight for the lakefront counties until midnight.
Flurries will continue overnight with lows in the 20s. Flurries and scattered light snow continues Thursday morning, otherwise it is cloudy, windy and mild with highs near 32.
Friday will have a bit more sunshine with highs near 30, breezy conditions and a few flurries...March comes in like a lamb.
The weekend is finally quiet and chilly with sunshine and highs in the 20s and lows in the teens. The next storm moves in Monday night and Tuesday with more accumulating snow.
