High pressure is sinking into our region from the North and while that will lead to significantly diminished winds, it will remain rather breezy with wind chill readings to 10 below zero during the day. That's because high temperatures will only reach the upper teens as the coldest part of the air mass passes through the area. Thursday promises to be a period of transition as readings slowly rise and clouds gradually increase ahead of the next storm system. That low pressure will approach from the Southwest and start spreading snow into Southern Wisconsin Thursday night into Friday with several inches of accumulation likely.
Have a great Wednesday!
