More cold on Wednesday before the next storm for Thursday night...

Skies clear tonight and the winds stay up so temperatures will plummet and wind chills will drop to as low as fifteen degrees below zero.  With high pressure building in there should be plenty of sunshine for Wednesday, but temperatures will still be chilly with a high temperature of only around twenty degrees.  The sunshine will be short lived as the next low pressure system targets us with a potential for several inches of snow Thursday night into Friday
