The "Arctic Express, has brought the cold into Southeast Wisconsin and we'll be dealing with this bitter blast through Friday night.  Temperatures will barely recover into the single digits Friday and with below zero lows tonight wind chills will get close to twenty-five degrees below zero. Brisk winds out of the Northwest will send wind chill readings plunging to 25 below zero tonight and early tomorrow morning. High pressure building in for Friday should usher in a return to sunshine.  Look for some moderation in mercury heading into the weekend with temperatures approaching seasonal averages of around 30 degrees by Monday.
