Record warmth and heavy rain for Tuesday...

A new storm system is coming at us from the Southwest with a big push of warm air and a ton of moisture.     In addition, you can add some fog to the picture on Monday night as the warm air surges into southern Wisconsin. The precipitation will be pesky tonight and tomorrow with even a few thunderstorm, but temperatures will soar reaching the mid-40s by morning and near sixty degrees tomorrow.  That's is record warmth, topping the old record of 56 degrees back in 1914.  By Wednesday colder and drier air will work back in, with a few inches of snow returning.  Below average temperatures in the teens will be the best we do by Thursday and Friday.
