The forecast for Milwaukee, Waukesha and SE Wisconsin is for more sunshine, highs near 30 and wind chills near 20...a nice January day.  Tonight will be seasonal with low sin the teens, but the breeze of 10-15 mph will keep wind chill sin the single digits.  A weak storm system will warm Milwaukee into the mid 30s on Wednesday, but the wind will be very strong at 30 mph.  Clouds will increase throughout the day and there is a slight risk for a light snow shower or flurries until the late evening.  Lows will drop back into the teens with wind chills near 0 by Thursday morning.  Behind the cold front, Thursday will be in the lower 20s with wind chills near 10 all day.

The warmer air quickly returns by Friday with highs near 40 and Saturday will be in the mid 30s.  However, the next cold front will arrive Saturday night with low sin the single digits by Sunday morning and highs only in the teens with wind chills near 0.  Highs through Wednesday will be in the single digits and teens, with lows near 0.
