You can't scrape away the cold air, highs today will only be in the low 20s. The sunshine will at least help it look and feel better as high pressure is in control today. Even with a light wind, wind chill values will stay mainly in the teens and single digits. Temperatures will be near normal overnight with teens at the lake and some single digits expected inland.
Southeastern Wisconsin gets back to normal on Tuesday with highs in the upper 20s under mostly sunny skies. It gets breezy Tuesday night and while the wind is a warming one, the breeze will make it feel colder. A few flurries and more clouds are possible on Wednesday as temperatures climb above freezing.
