Fine Friday, Soaking Saturday

CREATED Dec 14, 2012

Soak up the sun today because it looks like we'll be soaking up something else for tomorrow.  The sunny, dry pattern should persist as high pressure holds tight over our region and points to the East.  Meantime, a vigorous developing low in the Southwestern part of the country has set its sites on Southeast Wisconsin.  It will begin spreading more moisture into the area leading to increasing clouds tonight and showers by morning.  The computer models are in good agreement on this being rather significant precipitation, but with temperatures so warm ours will be in the form of rain.  The showers will continue into the first half of Saturday night and perhaps some redevelopment early Sunday before winding down with breaks in the clouds later in the day.
Have a great Friday and a terrific weekend!
