Brief Bump In Temperatures

CREATED Nov. 24, 2012

Cold Canadian high pressure has dug into the center of the nation leading to an extension of the big chill.  As it eases off to our East, we'll see our temperatures briefly moderate closer to where they should be for this time of year.  Though, after approaching 40 degrees we'll see a return to chilly readings for much of the upcoming week.  Several small  disturbances will roll through in the coming days but there doesn't appear to be enough moisture to trigger significant snows.  Other than that, the lengthy quiet pattern should continue again for days.
Have a great finish to the holiday weekend!
