Skies clear overnight and temperatures will drop as the winds diminish also. Low temperatures will be below freezing in all locations with about 31 degrees lakeside to 27 degrees inland. Sunshine returns on Thursday and Friday but the air mass remains cold so high temperatures will range between 47 and 50 degrees. We'll continue to experience dry conditions and cool temperatures through the rest of the work week and into the weekend. There is a small chance for a few widely scattered showers both Saturday and Sunday.
