The wind diminishes tonight to 5-10 mph and lows will drop below freezing everywhere and mid 20s inland.
Thursday will be sunny and seasonal with highs near 50 and a NW wind at 10-15 mph, and Friday will be sunny with highs in the 40s and a light wind.
Scattered showers return Saturday afternoon and Saturday night with highs in the mid 40s and Sunday will have isolated light rain with highs in the mid 40s.
