The forecast for Milwaukee, Waukesha and SE Wisconsin is for another dreary and chilly fall day with highs stuck in the upper 40s and scattered drizzle and light rain showers. The only difference from yesterday is a lighter breeze at only 5-10 mph.
The drizzle and isolated light rain continues this evening before the sky clears out after midnight and lows near 40.
The weekend looks great as the stubborn low pressure finally leaves the area and leaves behind more sun and warmer temperatures. Highs on Saturday will be in the mid to upper 50s (normal high for this time of year) with a partly cloudy sky, and Sunday will be mostly sunny with highs in the mid 60s. Rain showers return late Sunday night and into Monday with highs in the upper 60s. A few showers are possible on Tuesday, but highs will be near 70 and again on Wednesday before colder air moves in by the end of the week.
