The southeast Wisconsin, Waukesha and Milwaukee forecast for the rest of your Friday afternoon will be a little cool, but quiet. Highs will top out in the low-50's with partly cloudy skies at times.
The evening will be quiet, but the chance of rain increases overnight. Lows will bottom out in the mid-40's.
Saturday, it's going to rain. There may be a few breaks in the action. This is a strong low pressure system, and we haven't seen anything like this in quite awhile. Since it's pulling moisture out of the Gulf of Mexico, it has plenty of moisture to work with. There will also be a slight chance of a severe T'storm mixed in there. Highs will top out in the mid-60's.
More rain and storms will continue into Saturday night. Again, we'll have to keep an eye on a few of those storms. Lows will bottom out in the upper-50's.
Sunday, as the system pulls away, we will start off with some scattered showers, but there will just be a chance of those on Sunday afternoon. Highs will top out in the low-60's.
Monday looks sunny to partly cloudy and dry with highs in the upper-50's.
We really need this weekend rain, but in this case, it's coming with the slight chance of severe weather. We'll keep you updated.
