As high pressure works its way to our East, winds have shifted around to the Southwest. This will help boost our temperatures by at least 10 degrees compared to our chilly Sunday. The difference in pressure between the high and an approaching low will help produce very windy conditions, as well. In fact, those Southwest breezes could gust to 35 miles per hour. As the next storm system approaches from the Dakotas, we'll see an increase in clouds and a chance at some scattered showers for Tuesday.
Have a great Columbus Day!
