The remarkably dry stretch of weather continues today with a return to more sunshine as high pressure builds in from the West. The next disturbance will march our way tomorrow and Thursday in the form of a warm air surge followed by a cool front. That combined with some upper level support could trigger a few sprinkles or showers, though nothing significant should land in area rain gauges tomorrow. There's a better chance for more significant hit and miss showers and thunderstorms Thursday afternoon. The week should finish with more sunshine, but a big drop in temperatures. The jet stream takes a big dip to our South by Friday allowing for much cooler air into next weekend.
Have a great Tuesday!
