The pattern of sunshine, dry, and seasonally warm weather will begin to change this week, gradually. There are several upper level disturbances which will push through the region over the next few days. Ahead of the first wave, we'll notice more high, thin clouds today filtering the sunshine. The next potential disturbance arrives midweek and gives us our best chance of rain. Even then, though, the chances of any significant precipitation are slim since the air close to the surface remains extremely dry. We will notice a much cooler air mass building in by the end of the week and into next weekend ushering high temperatures in the low to mid 50s.
Have a great week ahead!
