Afternoon Showers & Storms

After 2 rounds of showers and storms last evening and overnight, the forecast for Milwaukee, Waukesha and SE Wisconsin is for the sunshine to warm temperatures into the lower 80s and more showers and isolated storms to develop late afternoon and evening. The area is under a slight risk for severe storms this afternoon.  The cold front will clear things out this evening and temperatures will drop to near 60.

Thursday will be the pick day of the week with sunshine, low humidity and highs in the mid to upper 70s.  Another storm system brings clouds and scattered afternoon showers on Friday with highs in the lower 70s.  Behind that front, the weekend will be sunny, but cool with highs in the upper 60s on Saturday and near 70 on Sunday.  Lows will be in the 50s along the lakefront and 40s inland.

THU NIGHT: Increasing clouds, seasonable.
  Low:    58.
  Wind:  Light.

FRIDAY: Partly to mostly cloudy with scattered afternoon showers or a T'storm possible.
  High:   73.
  Wind:  NE 5-15 mph.
