Warm and humid air for school on Tuesday, Rain on Wednesday...

The southeast Wisconsin, Waukesha and Milwaukee forecast for the rest of tonight has mostly cloudy skies and isolated showers or storms. There could be a little patchy fog late tonight. Overnight lows will bottom out around seventy degrees for our lakefront communities and Milwaukee temperatures and mid-60's for our inland areas and Waukesha temperatures.
The first day of school for most kids will be a warm and humid day with plenty of sunshine and a slight chance for a shower or thunderstorm. A better opportunity for showers or thunderstorms arrives late on Tuesday night, but the best chance for rain is on Wednesday with scattered showers or thunderstorms at times ahead of a strong cold front. Less humid air arrives with fall-like temperatures on Thursday.
