After a beautiful Wednesday, the forecast for Milwaukee, Waukesha, SE Wisconsin is for the summer heat to return on Thursday with a gusty SW wind up to 30mph, sunshine and highs in the 90s. The humidity will remain comfortable, but inland areas could see temperatures in the upper 90s and Milwaukee in the low to mid 90s...the record is 96 from 1958.
Lows will be near 70 the next few nights and Friday remains very warm despite a northerly breeze. The lake will cool into the mid 80s, but inland areas will reach the low to mid 90s. Clouds and a few showers move into extreme southern Wisconsin Friday night and for Saturday as the remnants of Isaac move into the Midwest keeping highs on Saturday in the lower 80s. Rain totals will be light unless the storm moves further to the north. Right now, Missouri, Illinois and Indiana could see 3-7" of rain over the weekend.
Sunday will be partly cloudy with highs near 80. Next week is back to normal with highs in the upper 70s to 80 and lows near 60....this is just a 2 day heat wave for Thursday and Friday
