Expect a practically perfect weekend with low humidity, temperatures near normal in the upper 70s and plenty of sunshine. High pressure keeps us dry today and will eventually tone the winds down to make this a very comfortable Saturday. A bit of patchy fog is possible tonight but most of southeast Wisconsin will see mostly clear skies, almost spot on weather to catch the Perseids meteor shower tonight, just a little on the cool side.
Sunday will be another great day with comfortable conditions and highs again in the upper 70s. Cloud cover will increase in the afternoon but the day stays dry. There is a chance for rain showers to move in by Sunday night as our next storm system approaches.
Scattered rain showers and an occasional thunderstorm is possible on Monday, especially in the south where the rain is needed the most. We dry out and start to warm up on Tuesday, with 80s back by Wednesday. Thursday will be the warmest day before a cold front swings through, cooling us off by the weekend but bringing a good shot at some additional rain Thursday and into Friday.
