After early morning showers and storms across areas of SE Wisconsin, the clouds are breaking up a little but it will remain mostly cloudy and damp with highs near 80...much cooler than yesterday's record 99. More scattered storms will develop overnight and linger into the morning along a warm front that will bring back the heat and humidity for Wednesday as highs approach 100. The record is 102 from 1940. As a result of the heat and humidity, all of SE Wisconsin is under a heat advisory tomorrow from 11am until 9pm. Another cold front will bring more storms Wednesday night and early Thursday with heavy rain at times. Highs drop back into mid 80s with high humidity on Thursday and near 80 on Friday with a few scattered showers possible.
Saturday is still the pick day of the week with sun, highs near 80 and low humidity...perfection! A few scattered storms return for Sunday with highs in the lower 80s.
