A heat advisory is in effect for areas away from the lake today through Friday and for all of SE Wisconsin on Tuesday. Highs today will be in the 80s along the lake and 90s inland and very humid with scattered storms developing this afternoon.
Lows tonight will be in the 70s and very humid. A hot SW wind shuts the lake off for Tuesday and everyone will be in the upper 90s and humid. The record is 99 from 1911.
A light NE wind will keep the lakefront in the 80s for Wednesday while inland areas remain in the 90s and very humid. This heat and humidity remains in the area until a cold front moves in Friday night and that will cool Milwaukee into the 80s for Saturday and 70 are possible for Sunday....for highs!
