The forecast for Milwaukee, Waukesha and SE Wisconsin is for sunshine and heat this weekend as highs will reach 90 both Saturday and Sunday. The winds will be out of the SW at 10-15 mph today so no lake breeze and the lakefront will even hit 90. While it will be hot, humidity levels will remain comfortable for today, but rise a little for Sunday.
Lows tonight will be near 70 and Sunday will be sunny and breezy with a southerly wind at 15-20 mph. The lakefront will be a bit cooler in the afternoon with the southerly breeze, while the rest of the area gets into the lower 90s. There will be a bit more humidity, but it will not be steamy.
The higher humidity arrives on Monday with highs in the mid 80s in advance of a cold front pushing through the area by late afternoon. Thunderstorms are likely, and some may become severe in the afternoon. We need the rain and after the front passes, SE Wisconsin is dry until Friday. Highs the rest of the week will be in the lower 70s with a lot of sunshine.
