Bright Blue and a Big Warm Up

CREATED May 18, 2012

A warm front has lifted to our North and we'll notice stronger Southerly breezes today.  That will help boost our temperatures quite a bit as we finish the work week with highs in the upper 70s to near 80 degrees.  The weekend looks to be even a bit warmer with more sunshine to start as a ridge maintains its hold on the center of the nation including our region.  A disturbance approaching us from the Northwest could trigger some scattered showers and storms on Sunday by the afternoon, though much of the day will be dry for most of us.
Have a great Friday and terrific weekend!
