High pressure that brought us a beautiful day, yesterday, will maintain its hold on our region for Friday. The Eastward shifting ridge will send a return flow of Southerly breezes helping boost our temperatures well above seasonal averages. Highs will reach the low to mid 70s today. A cool front approaches us tonight and could trigger some showers and thunderstorms. The disturbance looks to be well timed, departing quickly enough to return dry weather for the weekend. There will be more clouds than sun on Saturday, though.
Have a terrific Friday and a great weekend!
