A brighter period has settled into southeast Wisconsin with a ridge building into our region with dry air. Look for plenty of sunshine during the next several days, particularly Friday and Sunday. A brief disturbance and weak cold front could produce a few showers or thunderstorms Friday night. A warming trend takes us back into the 70's on Friday, but then we drop back into the sixties for the weekend. The weekend will be mainly dry with a mix of sun and clouds on Saturday and much more sunshine on Sunday
