The grey, damp pattern finally gives way to a dry, brighter period with a ridge building into our region. Look for plenty of sunshine during the next several days, particularly today and Friday. A brief disturbance could produce some showers or storms Friday night. A warming trend takes us back into the 60s on Thursday to low 70s on Friday. The weekend will be mainly dry with a mix of sun and clouds on Saturday and more sunshine Sunday.
