Slow and Brief Improvement

CREATED Apr. 30, 2012

After a split weekend, we'll experience a wide variety of conditions during the upcoming work week. We'll start with some lingering sprinkles and a good deal of cloudiness. A week ridge gives us a break in the action on Tuesday. Then, aA developing storm system will start feeding moisture into our region. Look for showers to make gradual progress and overspread Southeast Wisconsin overnight Tuesday. As low pressure strengthens and a front comes closer, there will be enough lift in the atmosphere to see some rounds of thunderstorms Wednesday through Friday. A strong Southerly wind will drive our temperatures all the way into the 70s by midweek, too.
Have a great Monday!
