Another cool April day in southeast Wisconsin with temperatures cooler by the lake: 48° in Milwaukee but warmer inland, 53° in Waukesha and inland. This is of course due to a slightly breezy wind from the NE at 5-15mph. At least we will see mostly sunny skies again, with a few more clouds in the west.
Skies will stay mostly clear tonight, allowing temperatures inland to drop near freezing, so patchy frost is possible, mainly inland. Milwaukee will drop to 35° tonight so it will be a cool start to Monday for everyone.
Monday will be slightly warmer with everyone in the mid-50s as the winds shift away from the lake, but they will still be breezy at 10-20 from the NNW. Clouds start to increase and so do the temperatures as a warm front edges in on Tuesday. Highs will be near 60° and rain showers with a few embedded thunderstorms are possible Tuesday night and into Wednesday. We fall back into the low 50s for the rest of the work week.
