We get a lot more sun and a lot less wind for this Tuesday in southeast Wisconsin but temperatures are cooler, especially by the lakefront: 46° in Milwaukee and 52° in Waukesha and inland. Tonight a few clouds will roll in late but temperatures will be normal for this time in April: 38°.
A warm front approaches on Wednesday, increasing the clouds through the morning hours and increasing the temperatures to the mid 60s on a strong SW wind at 10-20mph. Showers and thunderstorms are possible Wednesday afternoon and evening though accumulation should be less than a quarter of an inch as showers come to an end late.
Thursday starts off dry but again there's a chance for afternoon and evening showers and thunderstorms. Rain could be heavy at times Thursday night and most locations will pick up a half an inch to three quarters of an inch of rain in the bucket. As temperatures drop into the 30s overnight some snow may mix in with the rain, especially in the north but no accumulation is expected because rain takes over again as temperatures warm up Friday afternoon into the upper-40s.
The weekend looks slightly cool but dry at this point with mostly sunny skies.
