Severe Weather Threat Slowly Diminishing

There is a batch of storms moving through parts of the area right now. These have weakened significantly since moving into southeast Wisconsin. The strongest storm was still the one right after 3PM this afternoon for a lot of us. Luckily, much of this day's energy was limited by the cloud cover that we saw for much of the day. If we would've added more sun, much of this shower and storm activity would be much stronger.

We are still under a slight risk of severe weather. The moderate risk to our west was dropped, as they are not experiencing a major severe weather outbreak. If you have a storm moving through your area, there's a slight risk of some gusty wind and some hail, but again, the larger threat of severe weather is diminishing. Any severe threat should move out of here after midnight. Many folks probably won't see severe weather this evening.
