As breezy winds continue to flow off of Lake Michigan, temperatures will continue to be cooler right along side it; 40s expected today at the lakefront. Temperatures inland will be slightly warmer: 56° in Waukesha and inland. Skies will vary from mostly sunny to partly cloudy at times.
Tonight an area of low pressure slips to our south, bringing a good chance for scattered showers and occasional thunderstorms to move through southeast Wisconsin tonight. Some showers may linger into Tuesday morning with most locations picking up a good quarter of an inch of rain. Skies start to dry out and clear up by Tuesday afternoon with temperatures in the mid-50s to low-60s inland.
Wednesday starts a decent dry spell in the 7 day planner with mostly sunny skies expected through Saturday. Temperatures will be slightly above average in the 50s. The next chance for rain comes late Saturday night and into Easter Sunday morning.
