Slushy Mix and Rain On the Way

CREATED Feb 28, 2012

With weak high pressure pushing through the area, we'll have a relatively quiet Tuesday. A huge storm system will gather and strengthen to our West in the Plains. It will begin pulling warmer air and a lot of moisture into our region tonight through Wednesday. While parts of central and Northern Wisconsin could be digging out of a foot of snow, we'll dodge the bullet again. Temperatures across the Milwaukee area will remain warm enough to support a good deal of rain or a rain/snow mix. Our Northern communities could see more slushy accumulation while locations near the Illinois border will see very little if any.

Have a great Tuesday!
