The clouds are here to stay for tonight, Wednesday and most of Thursday. A storm system to the south of Wisconsin will bring a little light rain and snow to the Milwaukee area Wednesday evening, night and early on Thursday. High temperatures on Wednesday will reach forty degrees in most locations and then the rain moves in by Wednesday evening. Rain will fall before 3 am and then it mixes with snow and changes to all snow. Areas in Milwaukee and south could see a new inch and counties north could see one to two inches. The snow will end in the morning hours on Thursday and there is no cold air moving in behind this storm system. Mild temperatures in the upper-thirties to around forty degrees will continue through Friday. The weekend right now looks dry.
