The forecast for Milwaukee, Waukesha and SE Wisconsin is for clouds, a brisk NE wind, and highs in the low to mid 30s. Winds will be gusting to 25 mph , so wind chills will be in the teens most of the day along with flurries and isolated snow showers near the lake that would drop less than 1" of accumulation in a few spots along the lakefront.
After evening flurries, the clouds clear out and lows will drop into the low 20s along the water and teens inland with a light wind.
High pressure moves in for Wednesday, bringing sunshine and a westerly wind at 10-15 mph and highs in the low to mid 30s. The wind shifts to the SW on Thursday and highs will be near 40 with lots of sun before another cold front Thursday night with flurries and lows back in the 20s.
Friday will be cloudy with flurries, windy and colder with highs in the 20s and wind chills near 10 all day. Lows drop into the single digits Friday night away from the lake, and despite sunshine on Saturday, highs remain in the mid 20s.
Sunday will be sunny with highs near 30. Light snow returns on Monday with a high near 30.
