Very warm air for late January surges into Milwaukee for Tuesday...

It will be mild tonight with low temperatures near freezing or above with middle-thirties near the lakeshore. There will be a few clouds, some patchy fog and a light southerly breeze.
After a mild night, Tuesday will be very warm with high temperatures in the upper-40's to the low-fifties which is nowhere near the record of 58 in 1989. It will be a partly to mostly cloudy day with areas of drizzle and sprinkles possible.
A weak cold front moves through the area Tuesday evening yet it remains mild all week as the cold air remains trapped up in Canada.
High pressure will also dominate our weather pattern keeping all the storms to our south or north.  The whole week will be mild with high temperatures around forty degrees and some sunshine at times through Friday. That mild pattern continues through the weekend, also.
