High pressure will diminish the brisk winds tonight, but it will still be cold with low temperatures of -2 at the lake and -12 inland.  Clouds increase late overnight and temperatures will slowly rise before dawn.
A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT FROM 9AM FRIDAY TO 9PM FRIDAY FOR ALL OF SOUTHEAST WISCONSIN FROM SHEBOYGAN DOWN TO THE ILLINOIS BORDER.
Snow will begin after 9am Friday and continue all day.  Counties to the south of Milwaukee will get between 4 and 6 inches of snow while counties to the north including Milwaukee County wil get 3 to 5 inches.  The snow will taper off after 10pm Friday evening, but we could still see snow showers late Friday night.
High temperatures on Friday will be in the teens inland to 20 degrees near the lakeshore and the wind will not be an issue..it will be less than 5 mph from the east so blowing snow will not be a problem.
Saturday is a better winter day with high temperatures in the mid-twenties, light winds and plenty of sunshine.  Sunday is mild and cloudy with high temperatures in the mid-30's, but a rain/snow mix is likely with less than an inch of snow accumulation.
High temperatures all next week will be warmer between thirty and thirty-five degrees!
