The wind will diminish tonight and under clearing skies and a fresh blanket of snow, temperatures drop into the single digits near the lake and around zero inland with wind chills near -5 to -10 degrees.
Wednesday will start out sunny and then have increasing clouds and breezy conditions with high temperatures in the lower-twenties and wind chills in the single digits to five degrees below zero. A cold front moves through on Wednesday night once again with a chance for some very light snow. Behind this next front comes even colder air with high temperatures on Thursday struggling to hit 10 degrees with wind chills below zero.
Thursday night could be the first below zero temperature of the season with a low temperature of 1 degree below zero in Milwaukee and then high temperatures on Friday will be in the upper-teens to around twenty degrees with more light snow, and poissibly another one to three inches.
Saturday is mostly sunny and warmer with high temperatures in the middle twenties and Sunday jumps into the thirties with a rain or snow mix possible late in the day. High temperatures in the mid to upper-thirties continues for the early part of next week.
