Now the Cold

Now that most of the snow has fallen it's the lingering strong winds ushering in a taste of Arctic air with the jet stream dipping to our South.  A weak disturbance will skirt by our area on Saturday but should only lead to some additional light snow.  At last, temperatures will be below average with highs in the low 20s and overnight lows near 10 degrees.  A rebound to average readings near 30 degrees arrives with more sunshine on Sunday as high pressure builds back in.  Another wave approaches on Monday and may lead to a light mix of precipitation with warmer temperatures.

Have a great weekend!
